Hi Folks
Figured I would run this by the wise and experienced ones here on the Forum
Just came from the Doc> I have had issues with my right shoulder and my neck since the Fall so had some tests done. Turns out I have a touch of arthritis in my shoulder but my neck is full of it and the swelling is pressing on a nerve. She talked about physio and meds and supporting the neck.
Question. Is there any kind of support neck brace out there that you can wear while riding? Just wondering about the weight of the helmet and all the head motion while riding.
I really dont want to give up the thing I get so much enjoyment out of........I mean its not like having a pain in the ass.... that youre sitting on most of the time
