"Just before 4:00 p.m. the RNC pulled over a motorcycle in downtown St. John's and found the 33-year-old driver was operating the bike while suspended from driving and that he had no insurance. On top of all that, he owed in excess of $23 thousand in outstanding fines. He was held for court and his motorcycle was impounded."
