Metric Bolts (as in "fasteners" NOT the new Yamahog!)

While I love the looks of the Shadow RS sans encumberment, reality neccessitates that I carry crap from time-to-time ... so, I decided to put the small saddlebags that used to adorn my Kawi and my previous Shadow Spirit on the RS ... they fit, but because of the RS' "pinched" waist, they hung crooked ... and while I am far from picky, I wasn't fussy 'bout the look ... so online I go to do some research and find out that the RS' small(er), more slender behind has presented a challenge for other owners looking to mount bags ... found a set of brackets out of a California outfit that looked like they might work and weren't an arm-and-a-leg, so ordered 'em up. They arrived yesterday and looks like they line up OK ... except, the mounting bolts they supplied were completely wrong; too small a tread diameter (8mm vs OEM 10mm) and not long enough ... must've had some chimps pack the order <rolleyes>.

Anyone know where in town I might be able to buy some metric socket type, button-head bolts; 10mm x 70mm?

Aside; the RS' fender rails have an approximate 20mm inward offset from the front mounting point to the rear ... bag brackets I bought do not compensate for this offset ... an easy enough fix with a spacer (which I'll also have to buy or make) ... I'm no genius, but why is it that aftermarket fabrication companies let the same chimps who pack their orders design their stuff?? I'm tempeted to do an AutoCAD drawing of these brackets, re-design with the PROPER measurements n' fitment, send it off this outfit and say ... "Here's how it's done b'ys!" LOL!!
