250cc Yamaha (Virago) ADV-Touring Bike on Water Street?

Well my lunchtime walks along Water Street often give me cause to do a double-take of the odd, sad and sometimes curious ... today saw a weird contraption parked in front of the new addition to the Scotia Tower (next to Atlantic Place) ... a crude fibreglass-encased vehicle covered in various stickers, slogans and graphics. One stating that underneath the shroud was a 250cc Yamaha claiming 120 mpg ... closer inspection revealed that there might actually be an XV250 Virago beneath the torpedo-like fairing ... another graphic stated, "3rd Go Around at 80" ... the "Bike" was towing a long fibreglass cylinder outfitted with a bicycle wheel on the rear and a sign that said, "World's Smallest Camper" ... the rig was carrying a British Columbia m/c lic. plate.

Didn't have means to snap a photo, but a Google search when back to the office didn't turn up anything ... anyone else spot this very odd traveller around town?
