where to purchase women's riding boots?

Would prefer to purchase locally and have visited Honda One, coastal, Screaming Eagle , Yamaha and others with no success. I am sick of searching Internet only to find shipping cost to be over $50.00. My lady friend(Murpism), simply wants short black leather riding boots with no buckles or other paraphanalia attached.
Anyone know where I can look?
