I've heard from another RTR member that the names outlined with a heart are Wayne and Murph. Gulp!
"The town of Heart's Content has taken to social media to bring attention to a recent case of vandalism at the local lighthouse last weekend. The town posted a comment on its Facebook page, identifying two people who apparently put their full names and location on the landmark. The town later clarified the post saying it's difficult to prosecute anyone for the crime because it's nearly impossible to prove if the names on the lighthouse are the actual culprits or someone else who put them there for reasons known only to themselves."
