Triumph Tiger Question

Anyone have any experience with Triumphs, and in particular 955i Tigers? Are they reliable? Any major issues with them? Is there any garage in town that is authorized to work on Triumphs? Aftermarket parts availability?

I'm more of a Japanese guy so no experience/knowledge of the European bikes.
