Trip Tire Troubles - Seeking input on options

Picked up a nail today as a souvenir of my visit to Cartwright about 55 km west of there.
I'm stuck at the highway maintenance depot at the junction of 510 and the road to Cartwright (Google says it's 530, but I thought it was 516?) in need of an inner tube for my rear tire at a minimum, but I'd like to replace the tire at this point as well.
Size is 150/70/17
Tube can be 160 to 140.
This if for a Triumph Tiger 800XC
The rear wheel rims are designed to take tubeless tire beads.

I'll be calling Frenchies in HVGB tomorrow morning, but in case I have no luck there, can any of you provide some alternatives?

The sordid details:
The tube was torn beyond the ability of my patches and this was the spare one (placed into use at the start of the trip). A couple of guys with a sat phone stopped and over several calls we came up empty on finding suitable patches or a replacement tube in Cartwright.
Got directed to PK Sports in Port Hope Simpson, so the guys dropped me and my wheel/tire and torn tube off at the junction (they were going north and doing field research on the way). I got a ride down, but Tom's thought on using a car tire tube wasn't going to work. He did have a larger patch, and the tire was holding air, so with another boost from good Samaritans I back to the bike and the wheel mounted and on the road just as is was getting dark. But I only got about 10km down the road before that very un-welcome wobble re-appeared. The patch didn't hold.
So I limped into the depot tonight and am making use of their wifi hotspot.

I'll check back in later this morning.
Thanks,
Greg
