My ride home Saturday was no better.

Our day got better after you left.
That sounds so wrong....I meant weather and adventure. Jamboree time in Frenchmans Cove was a hoot.

Yea, I had enough of the rain and wanted to get home to watch my son do his road training on the motorcycle safety course. He is excited and can’t wait to ride with me.

My ride home on Saturday was RDF for 90% of the ride. Made it in one tank of gas though. The reserve light started to flash just as I turned into my road.

Glad to hear everyone had a safe weekend, but sorry to hear the weather didn’t cooperate.

Here's me prepping for the Ride the Rock Rally and packing far too much stuff lol. I've got at least 3 more videos worth of footage. Great weekend even with a little bit of weather.

Nice pic of the gang at Frenchman's Cove. Sad that I couldn't make it.

This is how our trip to US went in one pic!
Great ride. Met some great folks, Pizzaman was a great host once again. We rode through Nova Scotia, NB, and onto Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and into New York State. I hope to post more pics with descriptions later. All are back in one piece, safe and sound.

Lots of bites. Arms, legs and neck but no swelling anywhere else.
The compression socks help when fluid intake is in the liter per hour range and the bug net was necessary being camped next to a river. The heat was something to contend with but cooking striploins, corn and potatoes over an open fire was worth it.

With that said my ride is not over yet. With many thanks to EmmBeeDee and Dresda, I have left the GSA in their bike storage facility and they brought me to the airport.
In the famous words of Arnold......"I'll be back".

Here's my version of the ride around the Burin during the Ride the Rock Rally 2018. I had a good time.

Here's the last of my videos from this year.s Ride the Rock Rally. Nothing like getting trapped by a Targa Car Race! PM me to get a high res version of the group photo.

Next year I need to plan to get away longer. Of course, I am just starting my LAST vacation. After I go back for my LAST 2 weeks of work... there is no more vacation because it all becomes my time! Looks like a great time was had in NS, NB and Maine.

Thanks Keith. My fingers are crossed that it will be both long and enjoyable... just not crossed too tightly to impede my throttle hand.
