Out and about today and noticed there has been an upgrade to a trail. Used to be too boggy to continue but now an alternate route has been made.
Never brought my GPS so unfortunately cant provide any tracks.
Here is a screen shot with marker showing where I ended up. Apparently the pond is Tug Pond.
The trail branches off from the Trailway. Little tricky at first, lotsa loose baseball sized rocks:
Once past that the going is a little better.
A few kms later the trail officially starts:

At the end of the trail, 5 or 6 kms you are treated with a nice sandy beach on the end of Tug Pond:
