I had a quick work trip to Moncton and dropped in to MotoPlex. Always a nice spot to visit.
It was the first time that I tried on some jackets by REV'IT, and was reasonably impressed... quality, comfort, sizing, and styling.
I ordered the mesh Airwave (Link) jacket and will have it shipped since they didn't have the color I wanted in my size.
The MSRP at MotoPlex was $250, plus another $20 for shipping. I probably could have gotten it online for a little cheaper, but figure it's worth a little extra cost to avoid the hassle. The folks at MotoPlex are good to deal with, I have found.
I may consider the REV'IT Touring GoreTex jacket as a contender. But it's not cheap, around $600+ if I can remember.
Has anyone else had any experience with the REV'IT brand?
BTW...the sales person at MotoPlex told me they have done well with the brand and will be focusing more on it.
