I'm hoping to pick up a pair of overpants this winter and wondering what you guys are wearing? I'd like to get a pair that I can wear over my work clothes for commuting but not a deal breaker if they don't. Other requirements are must be waterproof, have armor, have removable liner for different temps and won't break the bank (~$200). Any recommendations?
