I changed my oil last August and have logged less than 1000 kms on the Tenere since. Once upon a time (in my more wasteful years) I changed the oil before storage regardless of miles.
Considering the cost of a Yamaha filter and gallon of oil, I have a difficult time spending ~ $70 unnecessarily.
What's the concenous on the forum?
