Need a good butcher in St. John's area

I know this is a long shot but I am at work and have nothing more exciting to do right now. I have half a moose hanging in my garage and need it butchered. I am looking to have some sausages, a couple of roasts and the rest chuncked up into 10 pound sections to make into sausages at a later date. I am told that is the best way to store the meat so it does not get freezer burned. Anyone know of someone to do this for me. I know I can go to Halidays or Noseworthy's but I know there are many handy fellas out there who do this on the side.
