Things to pack for doing the T'Railway?

So, amongst my ramblings about fantasy motorcycles, beer and god knows what else on here, some may recall that I am planning to ride the length of the Newfoundland T'Railway this year. The bike is a Yamaha Tenere 700 that should be fully run in, first service by the summer. It's pretty much ready out of the box for anything that I can reasonably throw at it (I hope). Crash bars, bash plate, hand guards, 300+ kms tank range. It might swap out the tyres for something a bit more offroad aggressive, although the standard Pirelli Scorpion STR's get reasonable reviews. Possibly a bit of a handful in mud or very deep sand..

Anyway, I will be travelling solo with soft luggage on the bike. I have waterproof Enduristan Blizzard soft luggage on order and good, waterproof riding gear. I think that I should be able to get what I am planning to take with me in the saddle bags, with exception of a one man tent that I will strap on the pillion seat. From what I understand, riding the T'Railway from CBS to Port Aux Basque is around 900 kms in 2-5 days? I plan to do the trip in August, and have no aspiration to do it in record time. I also intend to keep my options open regarding overnight digs....tent or local accommodation's in the communities depending on weather/how I am feeling. Anyway, I want to travel light. I don't really have any aspirations of cooking as seems I can easily find sustenance and supplies as I pass through or near communities. Although a hot coffee in the mornings would be nice if I can find a compact stove.

So, with all of the above considered and keeping things light as possible, I am thinking -

Tent
Sleeping bag
Camping Mattress
Head Torch
Some basic hand tools
Camel pack with plenty water at all times
Food, snacks etc
Changes of clothes
Toiletries
Fire lighters, matches etc
Tyre slime for emergency tyre repairs

I will obviously be taking my cell phone, and have a USB charging point on the bike. I also intend to use that to navigate if necessary and signal allowing, although the trail seems quite intuitive from what I have seen and read on the internet. I will have an old fashioned map as well. I will likely take the Trans Canada highway back to St Johns and take in some sights along the way. Now, I am new to Newfoundland coming from Scotland and being a mostly road guy
so don't want to be naïve to this trip or to any potential risks in anyway. I am not really even sure about the condition of the trail at the moment...

Any advice etc always welcome!

If I am missing anything glaringly obvious, please let me know. I intend to do this trip by myself and want to be as prepared as possible. A couple of pictures of my bike as it sits poised in my garage with 3 kms showing on the clock!
