Speed....what's reasonable?

So, on four wheels or two, I generally stick to or very close to posted speed limits around town or built up areas. Other drivers, cyclists, pedestrians, animals etc are just too unpredictable and I want to be able to take evasive action if necessary. However, highways I tend to like to cruise at a speed that generally keeps away from others / stay safe and maintain "good" progress. All dependent on weather conditions of course. 110/115 Kph in a 100 limit feels comfortable to me on four wheels at least....although without fail, drivers seem to decide to match this speed when you try and cruise past in the outside lane. Infuriating....and I got annoyed and booted the old truck up to about 140 this morning for a couple km's just to get past and back in clear space. Driving a 5000lb truck isn't so much of an issue, but on two wheels I want to be out of harms way at every opportunity. Got me thinking...

Poll - what is your go-to speed in Canada (I'm new remember) to cruise on the highway to -

a. get to where you want to be in reasonable time
b. stay the hell away from myopic/comatose drivers
c. Not get pulled by the cops
