Route Questions - 2023 TLH/NL Trip Planning Thread

I am in the beginning stages of planning a trip to Newfoundland next year that will include the TransLab. The object is to hit some areas that I haven't seen in the six (or seven) previous motorcycle trips I have made to the Rock. Some gravel riding is definitely in the cards although I'll probably stay away from anything nasty. Just don't have the experience and will be riding a well loaded new-to-me 2017 BMW F700GS.
Accommodation along the way is expected to be camping as much as possible. The route that takes me to Blanc Sablon looks a little like the map, below. (Includes Gaspé and Mauricie NP in Quebec.) Is it worth any side trips around Lab City or Happy Valley-Goose Bay? What about a side trip up to Cartwright? (I'm thinking probably not.) With any recommendations you may have for me, please remember that I am a relative novice to riding rougher roads... As far as I know, I'll be riding solo unless I can talk a friend into doing some (or all) of the trip with me.

When I get off the ferry at St. Barbe, I was going to head for the top of the Northern Peninsula with the expectation of camping at Pistolet Bay. I would be getting off the ferry before noon if I make the 8:00 AM ferry - starting out at Pinware EARLY in the AM. Does anyone know the condition of the road from Eddie's cove through Big Brook to where it meets the 430? (Side trip to Cape Norman)
I sort of had the following in mind, assuming I had enough time and the roads were OK - ending out at Pistolet Bay for the night. I wasn't going to bother with St. Anthony or other areas unless someone tells me that I really should. I have been there before, but just on paved surfaces.

This is Day One from getting off the ferry. Much more to follow as I get my head around various possibilities and recommendations. Next will be the trip down the NP, perhaps with some side trips I haven't done before...
Looking for suggestions between Pistolet Bay and Deer Lake - one day if few side trips, or two if there are things to see. I would probably camp at Sir Richard Squires outside Deer Lake.
(I have been to Roddickton but not all the way to Englee or Conche - worth it? I have been to Port au Choix, Cow Head, Norris Point and Trout River although I wouldn't rule out another trip to Trout River.)

As far as Newfoundland is concerned, I expect to make it all the way to the East Coast and back to Port aux Basques. The only thing I know for sure is that I want to spend a day or two in the Connaigre Peninsula area. I have only been there once as a FAST down-and-back a couple of years ago and want to return.

Cheers!
