I just bought a "Holmes" Hi-vis rain suit at Costco (Yellow). Thought it might be worth trying.
Cost was only $50 at the store (last week). Haven't tried it out yet but seems to be a great deal. Biking or even snowblowing over top of regular gear. Probably won't try it out on the bike until next year.
