Anyone here on RTR have sidecar rigs?
I met this fine gentleman for coffee this morning. He's MGV8 from over on advrider. He gave me a tour of his sidecar setup, the frame was made in Holland and the electrics and other finishing touches were done by a specialist in Seattle to make them code compliant.
Obviously Hacks have quite a following and he was throwing around names of meetups, events, builders, components etc. I'd never heard of. So, I'll send him the RTR link and maybe he'll post up some details if there's any interest. This rig has two batteries, a winch, big fuse block, unique front suspension, TWO coolers, an axe and a bunch of other cool stuff. And no, he's not afraid to post pics of himself or his license plate online.
I asked but he just laughed...
