I have had the pleasure of helping and being helped since joining RTR and this week I availed of an offer from Wayne that he made 5 years ago. When I purchased my second HiViz Fly Trekker it was discontinued shortly after and when Wayne heard this he informed me of the fact and that he had a spare visor if I were to need one. Although I could still use mine the notching system to hold it open was broken resulting in it slamming shut when riding. I reached out and he gave me his spare yesterday. He actually had two, one used and one new. He insisted I take the brand new one which I installed this morning. It fit perfect and clearly. Mine was suffering from years of salty abuse.
As an added bonus to all this kindness I was lucky enough to meet and chat with his wife when I arrived in her driveway unannounced as she got home from work. She was unfazed by my presence and was gracious with her time after a long day at work, as was Wayne.
