Right now I'm listening to Crosstalk (I don't like Q at all and I'm tired of listening things to do with Ontario right now). They are talking about fish and chips. So is that the traditional meal on Good Friday in Newfoundland? I'm really pining for fish and chips now.
I've had some great feeds at the restaurant at the Barbour Living Village. Also the Seaside restaurant in Trout River.
If anyone can tell me how to make stuffing/dressing to have on the side I'd love a recipe.
