Barely, I think it's perceptible, but I don't feel like it's a huge difference. I have not ridden since Halloween though. I'd image it's more noticeable if I had just ridden without it recently.

I'd say the T7 is just about perfect for a modern midsize ADV. I'd expect Honda to come out with something much the same. I can see the appeal, but I also like the extreme simplicity (And cheapness) of an old big bore air/oil cooled thumper like a DR, but I don't imagine we will see many more of...

That would make it more competitive with the T700 if true. I think the NC engine is only 40 or 50 HP? If they put the money into developing a new 750 p-twin we might see some other new models from Honda based on that engine too. Now that I type this, I remember seeing a rumor that a new p-twin...

I think there are rumors of a mid-side ADV from them based off the NC750 engine. Maybe a small AT or they could revive the TransAlp name.

The XR is not available new in Canada anymore. If it was, I imagine it would be priced higher than the DR.
