A number of RTR Inmates have youtube channels. I usually 'subscribe' to and 'like' them but I don't always get 'notifications' that a new vid has been posted. Is there something the poster has to do for their subscribed audience to get a notification?
I always get notifications from some of the high volume channels I've subscribed to. Does anyone know if getting a notification has anything to do with a poster's channel being monetized; does the poster decide if they want an audience to subscribe; or is there some other reason you'd subscribe but not get a notification. Thanks.
