I just got a recall notice for my VStrom 650. It's no ordinary recall, though; they've got to do a valve check and may replace tappets and all sorts of important bits well above my pay grade.
The dealership I bought my bike from has trouble putting all the plastic bits back properly on the bike from an oil change, and even had to outsource putting tires on the rims. I don't trust them to fiddle with the engine.
So does anyone know of a Suzuki dealership on the island with trustworthy mechanics? Or must I get off the island?
