What would you do to "improve" the KLR if you could?

There is some discussion regarding the merits of dropping a Versys engine in KLR in the Super Tenere thread. I thought it would be interesting do get a discussion going on what could be done, if anything, to improve the KLR. As many members here, own or have ridden a KLR, the opinions should be many and varied. Keep in mind that the KLR provides great value in todays high priced market. So try to keep the "improvements" budget friendly or maybe even available as an option or accessory.

What I would like to see:
A better suspension/ stiffer frame.
More power/ better highway performance.
tubeless tire rim (option)
Fuel injection
