Hi Relic ! The TW is still stock and running strong..only changes would be oil and chain and a bag on the front fender with a pump, emergency shelter/first aid and a 400lb moose hanging block and tackle kit for getting my arse out of stupid trail attempts

I somehow messed up picture in the reply quote... Was supposed to be the tw.

Glad to hear that she's treating you good. I was down your way last year for a ride. Couldn't figure out where ya lived... For some reason I think I was looking for an air stream as visual indicator.

Sadly, the Airstream is gone ...I ended up selling it to a TV show that accepted my absurdly high asking price ..we camp like this now IMG_2247.JPG

Wet snow again this morning... I did start the bike (in the shed) and let it run for a couple of minutes yesterday. Sigh.

Last time home one day was beautiful. After dinner of that day, called and had insurance put on... Bit of a process over the phone starting new policy. Once all was done, went to start bike... Not a gig. By time battery was charged was too late. Then remaining days were crap.

    Sigh.....

I have had a new bike sitting in the garage since December. Finally got out for a ride on it Friday. Fun bike for around town, coastal roads and the like. Keeping the F800GS for longer rides. Here are a couple of snaps. 2020RNiteT/5.

Looks like a fun bike for getting into trouble.

Ross, pretty much. I have not gotten a ticket since 1999. The torque on this one is going to make it hard to keep that record in tact.

It's about time you got a ticket then isn't it?

Congratulations on the new ride, Dougger!
It’s a wonderful way to self quarantine.

After getting back home from Arizona on the Triumph last Tuesday, I have been voluntarily isolating myself for two weeks upon my return, and the best way to make the time pass quickly in my book is to get reacquainted with my GS.
Although our low temperature is still hovering around the freezing mark each night, it has eventually worked its way into the 50s most days. So far I have accumulated around 1,300km discovering riding in the woods again, of which it took half that mileage to adapt to the BMW’s much more upright ergonomics, which I tend to prefer anyway.

I don’t know what has happened to fuel prices out your way, but it’s pretty refreshing to be able to gas up on my customary ethanol free premium grade for $2.44 per gallon, compared to the $3.55 it cost last Autumn up here...

Nice to see the R Nine T concept catch on and last beyond its introductory year. Sharp looking bike!

Hard to do when you're 200 km's offshore
