After a run on the highway (TW speeds, ambient temperature about 6C) the back tire was warm and the front tire was cold. I know some guys, Alonzo, Webber, Lorenzo, Pedrosa et al., would be very concerned about that. If I had done the same on the FZ1 I could of warmed my hands on the tires. I know that road and tire temperatures are probably not going to make a big difference to my riding style but what about cold weather riding in general. Tires are definitely not going to reach operating temperatures during the Winter...should our winter riders be concerned? Just a thought.
