Saw a broken down and crated up KTM looking like it was about to be shipped for a northern adventure. Hope you have an amazing trip and relaxing break from work.
Waddya mean broken down? Lucky me we only had to remove the front wheel making for easy going on the other end.
I spotted Wayne on Topsail road this afternoon. You were riding towards town behind a line of cruisers.
The road to Cape Race lighthouse is mostly paved now.....but be careful of the loose gravel on the pavement in the corners.
Saw Fortech on his SuperTen heading twards Holyrood today around lunchtime. I waved but was in a truck and didn’t expect he saw it.
Several mornings this summer (most recently this past Friday) I've spotted a GS rider headed to Schlumberger on Southern Cross Road...a RTR-er???
Ran across Jim C-G at a coffee shop in Fredericton (I knew he was going to be there). Met in person for the first time, had some coffee and rode with him most of the way to St. Stephen NB. I was out for a day ride and he was headed for New Hampshire (tonight) and points further south after that. Blue Ridge etc.
Ross, it was great meeting and riding a little ways with you. It was a heck of a trip and it just whetted my appetite for a much longer trip next year. Only much earlier in the season lol.
While out running errands on the Tiger today before the snow started I spotted an XT250 at the grocery store. That might not seem significant to most but it sure is nice to know I am not the only rider with questionable judgement.
I think I saw hunterson on his new shiny bike around holyrood today. Looked nice! Temps stayed around 24-26 degrees between cbs and holyrood. Then down to 14 and heavy rain in St. John’s.
That was me, I thought it was you, not too many KTM1290Rs around here. I got home about 10 min before the rain.
4 adventure type bikes blew by my house today but I wasn't close enough to the road to wave, that and a really nice overland rig maybe from Austria.
