It looks like tiantian44 and kang92 are automated accounts building search engine optimization: they surround a few links with as many relevant key words as possible, and spread those message to as many sights as possible. Google, in turn, rates the pages as very relevant and they place higher in search results.

Now that they're successfully getting past the registration process they'll be back a lot.
