Not really road rage, but just something to vent. Why do local car dealerships advertise one price for an Oil and Filter change and then tack on $8.25 for an environmental fee at the end? Shouldn't this fee just be included in the price of the oil and filter change? Curious to know if $8.25 is a standard fee for ALL garages or do they pull the number from thin air? Thoughts? And why is this fee never consistent....my last change never had this fee.
On another note, the price of the oil and filter change when up by $30 since my last change, while the price per barrel plummeted. What's gonna happen when the barrel of oil rises again.....Oil and Filter changes will go through the roof!
