hello all,
please forgive me for being from Moncton nb, lol. rest assured I love NL and make the most of my time when there. I go there three or four times a year for work.
over 20 years on street bikes. then things got a lot more interesting when five years ago I got my son his first dirt bike. of course dad had to have one too. we've not looked back since. I ride a 2015 ktm500xcw and my son a 2015 crf150rb.
last summer my son and I were lucky enough to ride some dirt(rock) in NL. I have a client who graciously(except when he took a dive crossing a stream, lol) escorted us around the cbs/whitbourne areas.
we are very grateful for the opportunity to be going back at the height of summer 2018. I will browse the site and dig for info, but if anyone has suggestions for trails, anything from atv to single track, i'd love to hear about them. gpx files would be appreciated too. we will be in the Avalon area but because we are planning so far in advance we could possibly check out other areas too.
