I seem to be having a lot of bad luck with fire/heat lately 
. Latest fiasco is some scorched paint on my seat I just painted back in the fall. Needed to cut some metal a few weeks back and the jigsaw blades I had were too dull to do anything so I hauled out the angle grinder to get it done. Covered the bikes in the garage like I always do but I guess the sparks were hitting the same area and were just too hot. Took off the sheet this past weekend to start painting the fairing and noticed this mess, some nice scorch marks! Luckily it never touched the red paint and it wasn't clear coated yet. Should be an easy fix but just another stumbling block with this bike, its fighting me every step of the way. Maybe I should just cover it up by painting some flames on it After I got over the shock of seeing it I had a good laugh about it.
