I test rode the F750GS and found it quite nice, really liked it, new engine has nice power. Finding the new F's priced too high depending on the packages though, will have to see how they are priced into Toybox. Unfortunately only had time to do the one test ride though, but sat on most of the other bikes they brought along.

Having owned the predecessor F700GS for two years and 20,000+ miles, including the TLH, I can vouch for what a great all around bike it is. Were I not such a shaft drive snob, I would still own it. :p

Maybe I'll be home for demo days this year?

You were home but opted to attend a certain Soiree bearing your name?

I know and I also missed the Psycho Billy Cadillac's BBQ the same weekend which is why this year I'm moving it up one week. Their BBQ is on my birthday this year and they've promised me it will be a good party.:p

There's a very detailed breakdown of the costs of the various options and packages on the website. I know there was already one round of incentives on BMW's earlier this winter but I wouldn't expect much change in MSRP on 2019's but you never know until you talk to someone. With the three GS models arranged in a line (1200, 850, and 750) I was really struck by how similar they were in physical size, that is to say that the "mid-size" has really grown. They are big bikes.

I didn’t find the F750 to be too bad but the F850 was too tall for my inseam.

Need to get at least one foot down. I don’t mind tipping over on a dirt bike but a BMW would get expensive really quick.
