Nice to see this Forum up again. I'm having trouble uploading pics from I-Photo to my 'album' here. Each days ride is saved in I-Photo from three different devices. Only pics from one device uploads and they come in in reverse order of when they were taken. Got 18 days worth of pics from a three week ride. Got two days ride uploaded but only about one third of the pics from each day are uploading. Anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks

From our experience here we can only load 4 pics at a time. I say "our" but I mean "hers" as she has to mind me in anything computer related.

The built in image upload feature is for throwing up a few pics here and there. for something like an 18 day ride report, you will want to use an external image host...for example i use smugmug which is a pay service, but there are numerous free ones that will allow you to upload your pics and use links to display them here.

Thanks Murph, I'll keep it to a couple of pics as well.

How do you put up a video that shows a preview of the video instead of just a link to a video?

OK, Digger, let's see. I can explain it for you but I can't understand it for you. ;)

Try this: Copy the URL (address) of the site/video you want to post. Paste this URL in the video icon that you will see in the message window.

i.e. Open a message window, not the advanced, and look at the icons. Click on the 3rd (third) icon from the right. (video) Paste the video URL in the box then click OK. You're done.

Now, when you've finished watching the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix this morning, I want to see a an example of a video posting.;)

Yes, I experience the same issue. It seems some of the sections of the site are setup differently.

BTW, race was good, you'll enjoy it. :)

Soooo.... after some Sherlocking, it appears the "video" button doesn't appear under any thread started in the "General Discussion" section. However, it appears in all the other forum sub-sections. Guess it has something to do with the way it got set-up(or not set-up) by Coolhand.

Will this help ya sleep better? :)

Edit: me being a slow typer, actually started this response before HerrDeacon.....
