Just got off the phone with the event organizer ... Dave ...

He said that the registration has been going really great for only opening a few weeks ago.

He mentioned that he already has a number of people coming over from the UK and a few already registered from the US...

I am helping out where I can for the event...

They are looking for a few more volunteers for the event plus maybe a few presenters.

Check out the link below off you're interested in helping out... Or just register and come on over for the 4 Day event...

See you all there in August

There's one a couple of hours ride West of Vernon in July too:
Never been, but will have a closer look at their website. Starting to put some riding plans together for next Season so we'll see. Looks like a slippery slope to me tho... LOL

Everyone I know who’s been to one of their events has had a good time.

I was asked yesterday to consider presenting at the event. A psychologist friend of mine was contacted by organizers looking for someone to present on " motorcycling and mental health"!!! Details are scanty but if I get a free mini vacation for giving a talk, I'm all in. I am not looking for money like Obama got!!!

Rob, go for it. Talking with one of the organizers last week he was looking for a psychologist , motorcycle mechanic, paramedic who rides bikes... just about anyone who rides and can bring in their expertise and/or experiences. Mike, too bad (although I would love to do Siberia..) you cannot make it with your overland travels plus racing experience.

I would certainly get up and talk about something if I were going to be around. If Siberia falls through for some reason I'll show up.
