    R1300gs

The off road biased F900gs seems like they are competing with Yamaha T700 or KTM 850 adventure r Time will tell. Stuff is too expensive to use as designed around here anyway Rocky muddy ATV trails are shit

    R1300gs

Had a look at the reinvented wheel, lighter, shorter, seemingly street biased with stock plastic vario cases, powered (has light and usb chargers) Tail light eliminated, not a fan of that, more brake lights the better ! Funky speed sensitive ride height, lowers as you stop do you can plant your...

I have a couple cooler bags, Coleman one works decent I add the insulated grocery bag around frozen items. Frozen water bottles. Rare that there isn't a gas station or store around to get ice, but only get a day out of a bag of ice. helps if you toss clothes etc on top of it or find a cooler...

I carry a stainless steel French press it's worth the bit of space for good coffee. Double walled stays hot for your second cup Store the coffee inside so not taking up too much extra space

I tend not to wear tires to the bitter end as well can't fault him for leaving some meat on the bone, and likewise I don't spoon tires on, always get a deal on the install but i bring my wheels in. $25 bux install and balance is worth the flesh on my knuckles, avoid the blood sacrifice to...

Front K60 definitely a screamer as well, I'm stuck with it another season , I suspect the Trailmax mission is a bit muted by comparison

Had my eye on those Dunlops, heard good things. The K60 very noisy but that's my only negative with them. Was trying to get away with just the back Tar this season don't think I'd mix the with that I guess availability will be the key the k60 and e07 are close in price

What at you watching during this long boring winter

Not sure what KTM they were considering was it the 950 adventure r back then? May have made some parts easier but not sure how the would have stood up but the BMW both broke frames. Something to be said for low tech when travelling is some parts of the world
