I’m going to be on the Rock in August this year. Looking forward to touring the east side of the island. The Canada day Soirée is a good time, but Placentia boat and the east coast might work out better for me. Phillips Cafe/bakery in Jerseyville is not to be missed.

Out on the pond drilling holes and taking in the scenery. Luckily the fish aren’t bothering me.

Miscou Island was a good ride through tidal marshes and windy landscapes, ending at Miscou light. Notice the cables keeping it from flying away!
