RTR Rally 2019?

I'm filling my dance card for next summer. Tentatively going to two STOC events on the far side of the continent in mid-June and the Bluenose Rally in Nova Scotia, July 5-7. Traditionally the RTR Rally has been the July 1st weekend, so that would make it June 29, 30 and July 1 (Mon.) Is that a safe bet? The general consensus? I have promised myself that I won't be taking long trips after our Thanksgiving this year lol.
